POSTAGE / DELIVERY
 
When choosing your item and adding it to your shopping cart, just select the fabrics that you want and postage is calculated at checkout. Postage for customers in the UK is FREE on all orders over £5.00, orders under £5.00 are subject to a £1.00 flat rate postage charge, European Postage and Rest of the World Postage is calculated on weight rather than by per item. If you are in the US and select postage for the UK craft-fabrics.com will invoice you via Paypal for the difference in postage costs. No goods will be sent out until payment has been received for both the goods and postage.
 
Most items are kept in stock, however, some items, due to popular demand stock levels might be low. If there is insufficient fabric to send to complete your order, you will be contacted via email and given the option of a replacement, arrival of new stock date or a refund on that particular fabric. All items will be delivered within 7/14 days from the date of clearance of funds (most of the time a lot sooner) and obviously will take a bit longer to travel outside the UK. Please however be mindful that cheques and payments of any sort do have to clear the banking and Paypal system and without exception, goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. However, if goods are required urgently please email and we will endeavour to do our best to help in certain circumstances.

For UK normal post via Royal Mail is used with Certificate of Posting (this covers you to the value of £34.00). If you would like your parcel insured, please let us know and this can be arranged.

For outside the UK Airmail is the ONLY method of shipping, we do not use Surface Mail due to the number of parcels going missing. If you would like your items sent International Signed For then a charge of an additional £5.00 will cover this and then your parcel will be insured but will require a signature at the destination, so PO Box addresses are not acceptable.

RETURNS :

We are happy to accept returns provided the item is returned in the condition it was received, i.e. it is packed appropriately and is in a resaleable condition. Damaged parcels will not be accepted. We will either offer an exchange or refund. Postage costs will be deducted from the original order cost.  Return postage is paid by the customer unless fabric is not as described. If for any reason you wish to return the products bought, then please email returns@craft-fabrics.com with your explanation.
